Food Prices in Yogyakarta Special Region, Sunday (13/10): What's the Price of Fish?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, D.I. today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (13/10/2024) at 09.46 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, broiler chicken meat, tongkol fish, bulk wheat flour, and kembung fish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, garlic bulbs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, and pure beef have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp930 (7.93%) to Rp12,660 per kg. Red onion prices saw the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp2,450 (10.26%) to Rp21,440 per kg.
