Food Prices Today in Aceh Region: Sugar, Oil, and Rice Prices Down

Prices of several food commodities in Aceh today were observed to be lower than yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (1/11/2025) at 3:04 PM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 10 saw an increase and 12 experienced a decrease.

Commodities with price increases include bulk wheat flour, Minyakita cooking oil, medium rice, SPHP rice, and red bird's eye chili.

Meanwhile, prices for several commodities such as dry soybean seeds (imported), garlic cloves, fresh buffalo meat (local), premium rice, and packaged wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chili saw the highest increase of Rp3,393 (8.96%) to Rp41,250 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices experienced the sharpest drop of Rp2,146 (2.96%) to Rp70,403 per kg.
