Latest Jambi Region Food Prices: Prices of Oil, Sugar, and Chili Peppers Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (26/9/2024) at 09.35 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are milkfish and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as Indian mackerel, red chilies, bulk cooking oil, shallots, and shallots cloves decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp620 (2.01%) to Rp31,390 per kg. Meanwhile, shallot prices decreased the most sharply by Rp370 (1.49%) to Rp24,460 per kg.
