Today's Food Price List in Banten: Sugar and Chicken Prices Increase (Saturday, January 27, 2024)

Food prices in Banten today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (27/1/2024) at 13.10 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, granulated sugar, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), milkfish, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, bulk wheat flour, dry soybean (import), fine iodized salt, and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of Indian mackerel increased the most, by Rp1,260 (3.5%) to Rp37,220 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chili peppers decreased the most, by Rp3,420 (6.49%) to Rp49,250 per kg.
