Aceh Region Food Prices, Sunday (May 12th): Oil Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (12/5/2024) at 17.21 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are milkfish, Indian mackerel, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, red chili peppers, curly red chilies, shallots, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp710 (2.04%) to Rp35,450 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease of Rp15,000 (20.0%) to Rp60,000 per kg.
