Chicken Prices in Traditional Markets of West Nusa Tenggara Province Increased by 2.42% in the Last Month

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in West Nusa Tenggara province is recorded at Rp38,050. This price is up Rp500 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets has increased from Rp37,150.

Meanwhile, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in West Nusa Tenggara over the past three months has decreased by 7.53%. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in West Nusa Tenggara province was traded at Rp41,150.

The record high for the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in March 2020 with an increase of 22.33%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in March 2020 with a decrease of -18.7%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in West Nusa Tenggara show five commodities decreased and 21 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are daily Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, daily Large Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, daily Curly Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, daily Green Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, and Medium Quality II Rice.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to price developments over the past month in West Nusa Tenggara province:

5. Curly Red Chili per Kg daily in Traditional Markets by Province Rp53,150 (down 19.77%)
6. Medium-sized Shallot per Kg Rp44,250 (up 41.6%)
