Food Prices Today (Dec 3) in Lampung: Cayenne Pepper Up, Red Chili Down

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

According to data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (Dec 3, 2025) at 3:13 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include large red chili, broiler chicken eggs, and red cayenne pepper.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as shallots and curly red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of red cayenne pepper surged the highest by Rp500 (1.01%) to Rp50,250 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chili dropped the sharpest by Rp1,167 (1.84%) to Rp62,333 per kg.
