Today's Food Prices in East Java, What is the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (19/4/2024) at 15:16 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), granulated sugar, red chili peppers, bulk wheat flour, and corn at the farmer level.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium-grain rice, milkfish, broiler chicken, shallots, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili peppers saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp770 (2.89%) to Rp27,380 per kg. Broiler chicken experienced the lowest price decrease, falling Rp580 (1.53%) to Rp37,400 per kg.
