Prices of Branded Packaged Cooking Oil in These 10 Provinces Are the Highest (Wednesday, May 11, 2022)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded an average daily price of Rp 24,070 per kg for branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in modern markets across several provinces as of Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Overall, this week's average is lower than the previous week's average of Rp 24,110 per kg.

The daily price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in Gorontalo's modern markets was the highest in Indonesia at Rp 28,700 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in this province is lower; previously it was recorded at Rp 30,350 per kg.

Meanwhile, in West Papua's modern markets, branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) was sold at Rp 28,350 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in West Kalimantan was Rp 26,300 per kg, North Sulawesi Rp 26,150 per kg, and Aceh Rp 26,100 per kg.

Meanwhile, six provinces had sales prices for branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) were North Kalimantan, Jambi, and Central Sulawesi.
