Today's Food Price List in Central Java: Oil and Onion Prices Down (Saturday, January 27, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (27/1/2024) at 12:06 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are farmer-level corn, broiler chicken meat, granulated sugar, chicken eggs, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, dry soybean (import), pure beef, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Farmer-level corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp220 (3.13%) to Rp7,250 per kg. Meanwhile, iodized fine salt had the lowest price decrease of Rp400 (3.37%) to Rp11,470 per kg.
