Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Chicken and Beef Prices Increase (Saturday, March 23, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, D.I. today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (23/3/2024) at 10:04 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, chicken eggs, skipjack tuna, iodized fine salt, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, premium rice, milkfish, dry soybean (import), and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp320 (2.72%) to Rp12,080 per kg. Shallots saw the lowest price decrease, dropping Rp1,780 (5.73%) to Rp29,300 per kg.
