The State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) report shows that the realization of the food security budget in January 2023 reached Rp860 billion (Rp0.86 trillion).

Finance Minister Sri Mulyani stated that the funds for the latter two ministries were used for their respective technical activities.

Sri Mulyani hopes that the funds disbursed from the APBN can make food prices more affordable for the public. Especially since rice prices often surge before Ramadan.
