Lampung's Food Prices Today: Chili Prices Up, Oil Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (9/7/2024) at 13.41 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, simple packaged cooking oil, red chilies, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, bulk cooking oil, shallots, chicken eggs, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the highest price increase of Rp520 (3.92%), reaching Rp13,770 per kg. Bulk cooking oil experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp190 (1.25%), reaching Rp15,010 per liter.
