Bulukumba Regency residents' expenditure on sweetened condensed milk: Rp515.97 per capita per week

The average expenditure of people in Bulukumba Regency for purchasing sweetened condensed milk in 2023 was Rp515.97 per capita per week. This figure is lower than the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp857.1 per capita per week.

Average per capita expenditure is the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members for a month, whether from purchases, gifts, or self-production, divided by the number of household members. Household consumption is differentiated into food and non-food consumption, regardless of the origin of the goods, and is limited to household needs only, excluding consumption/expenditure for business purposes or given to other parties.

Expenditure for food consumption is calculated weekly, while non-food consumption is calculated monthly and for the past 12 months. Both food and non-food consumption are then converted into average monthly expenditure. According to a publication by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the average per capita expenditure in this regency reached Rp1.2 million per capita per month in March 2023. This figure increased by 22.34% compared to March 2022, which was Rp980,850 per capita per month.

Based on region, the highest household expenditure on sweetened condensed milk is in Puncak Regency and the lowest is in Karangasem Regency.
