Food Prices Today in Banten: Chicken Meat, Chili, and Onion Prices Fall

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (21/9/2025) at 10.24 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 5 increased and 16 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are packaged cooking oil, consumption salt, frozen buffalo meat (imported), curly red chili, and broiler eggs.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as milkfish, Minyakita, packaged wheat flour, SPHP rice, and red onions decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Frozen buffalo meat (imported) surged the highest by Rp7,500 (7.32%) to Rp110,000 per kg. Meanwhile, milkfish prices dropped the deepest by Rp4,282 (11.66%) to Rp32,455 per kg.
