Today's Food Prices in Lampung: Oil Rises, Chili Decreases

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (August 1, 2025) at 11:58 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 13 increased and 10 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include medium rice, mackerel, SPHP rice, dried soybean seeds (imported), and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as consumption salt, consumption sugar, curly red chili, red cayenne pepper, and Minyakita decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp805 (3.01%) to Rp27,588 per kg. Red cayenne pepper prices dropped the deepest by Rp2,753 (5.71%) to Rp45,480 per kg.
