Today's Food Prices in Jambi March 03: Prices of Red Chili, Chicken Meat and Onions Fall

Today in Jambi, the prices of several food ingredients were observed to drop compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (March 3, 2026) at 1:26 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased in price and 5 decreased.

The commodities that increased in price are red cayenne pepper, medium rice, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as large red chili, shallots, curly red chili, Honan garlic, and broiler chicken meat decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red cayenne pepper prices jumped the highest by Rp815 (1.45%) to Rp57,019 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices dropped the steepest by Rp1,500 (4.38%) to Rp32,712 per kg.
