Today's Food Prices in Jambi March 05: Egg and Onion Prices Rise

Several food commodity prices in Jambi today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (March 5, 2026) at 1:26 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 11 increased and 1 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include Honan garlic, curly red chili, wheat flour, large red chili, and shallots.

Meanwhile, only broiler chicken meat decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Red cayenne pepper prices jumped the highest by Rp1,445 (2.59%) to Rp57,130 per kg. As for broiler chicken meat prices, it dropped the steepest by Rp91 (0.23%) to Rp39,212 per kg.
