Latest Food Prices in Bali Region: Salt, Rice, and Bird''s Eye Chili Prices Increase

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (4/9/2025) at 3:05 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 15 commodities saw an increase and 6 commodities saw a decrease.

Commodities with increased prices include consumption sugar, SPHP rice, bulk wheat flour, bulk cooking oil, and dried soybeans (imported).

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as shallots, large red chilies, curly red chilies, medium rice, and mackerel fish decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Bulk wheat flour saw the highest increase of Rp195 (2.14%) to Rp9,300 per kg. Meanwhile, packaged wheat flour prices experienced the deepest drop of Rp622 (5.2%) to Rp11,333 per kg.
