Latest Food Prices in Aceh Region: Onions Up, Oil Down (Sunday, December 31, 2023)

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (31/12/2023) at 14.42 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 6 commodities increased in price and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are red chilies, shallots, broiler chicken, premium rice, and dry soybeans (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), mackerel, medium rice, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp1,290 (3.63%), reaching Rp36,790 per kg. Simple packaged cooking oil experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp560 (3.18%), reaching Rp17,050 per liter.

8. Broiler Chicken: Rp28,440 per kg (up 1.94%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp24,930 per kg (down 0.8%)
