Today's Food Prices in Lampung on March 03: Oil Rises, Red Chili Peppers Fall

Some food commodity prices in Lampung today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (March 3, 2026) at 16:48 WIB, among 16 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

The only commodity that increased in price was premium packaged palm cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as red bird's eye chili, Honan garlic, large red chili, bulk palm cooking oil, and beef rump decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of premium packaged palm cooking oil jumped the highest by Rp22 (0.11%) to Rp20,689 per liter. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices fell the most sharply by Rp1,888 (5.93%) to Rp29,931 per kg.

5. Honan Garlic: Rp33,488 per kg (down 0.85%)
6. Large Red Chili: Rp32,154 per kg (down 5.57%)
7. Curly Red Chili: Rp29,931 per kg (down 5.93%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp29,028 per kg (unchanged)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,689 per liter (up 0.11%)
10. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,333 per kg (unchanged)
11. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp17,044 per liter (down 1.32%)
