Lampung Region Food Prices Wednesday (9/10): Onions Up, Salt Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (9/10/2024) at 09.16 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 14 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, milkfish, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, fine iodized salt, skipjack tuna, granulated sugar, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) commodity saw the highest increase of Rp1,330 (12.46%) to Rp12,000 per kg. The price of mackerel experienced the steepest decrease of Rp3,640 (11.53%) to Rp27,930 per kg.

7. Mackerel: Rp27,930 per kg (down 11.53%)
8. Chicken Eggs: Rp26,500 per kg (down 1.89%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp26,270 per kg (down 7.99%)
10. Red Chili (Keriting): Rp25,690 per kg (up 8.53%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,490 per kg (down 0.46%)
12. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp17,250 per liter (up 0.58%)
