According to daily commodity price monitoring data from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center, the price of medium-sized garlic in Central Sulawesi increased by 11.44% within a week.

Compared to prices 30 days prior, the price of medium-sized garlic in this region has increased by 11.44%. This signifies a significant surge within a month. Furthermore, compared to prices over the past year, the current selling price of medium-sized garlic in Central Sulawesi's modern markets is the highest on record.

For the period of January-February 2022, the price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets continued to rise, increasing by 11.44% compared to the previous month.

The price of medium-sized garlic reached its lowest point at Rp 43,200 per kg on Monday, January 3, 2022. The highest price ever reached was around Rp 48,700 per kg.

Nationally, the price of medium-sized garlic began to decline towards the end of 2021. The average price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets was Rp 36,990 per kg, down 0.36% compared to the previous weekend.
