Latest Food Prices in Yogyakarta, D.I.: What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (14/6/2024) at 14.37 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 4 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are red chilies, broiler chicken meat, chicken eggs, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, bulk cooking oil, curly red chilies, and packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp2,390 (6.76%) to Rp37,750 per kg. Curly red chilies saw the largest price decrease, down by Rp1,540 (3.22%) to Rp46,360 per kg.
