Bali's Daily Food Prices: Onion and Oil Prices Down

The price of several food commodities in Bali today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (3/11/2024) at 14:18 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, granulated sugar, chicken eggs, and curly red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as mackerel, skipjack tuna, dry soybean (import), milkfish, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp330 (1.85%) to Rp18,210 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp1,750 (5.3%) to Rp31,290 per kg.
