Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Chicken and Sugar Prices Increase (Saturday, March 16, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (16/3/2024) at 13.03 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), kembung fish, pure beef, medium rice, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, dry soybean (import), garlic cloves, milkfish, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the highest increase of Rp510 (4.55%) to Rp11,710 per kg. Farmer-level corn experienced the lowest decrease of Rp4,050 (41.33%) to Rp5,750 per kg.
