Latest Food Prices in Bali: Egg and Oil Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (September 25, 2025) at 08.09 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include broiler chicken meat, medium rice, milkfish, Minyakita cooking oil, and unpeeled garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged cooking oil, large red chili, dry soybean seeds (imported), pure beef, and corn at the farmer level decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Curly red chili commodity recorded the highest increase of Rp9,000 (19.57%) to Rp55,000 per kg. Meanwhile, corn prices at the farmer level dropped the sharpest by Rp460 (7.23%) to Rp5,900 per kg.

5. Milkfish: Rp40,000 per kg (up 7.69%)
6. Large Red Chili: Rp36,286 per kg (down 6.44%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp35,000 per kg (up 10.99%)
8. Red Bird''s Eye Chili: Rp33,571 per kg (up 0.41%)
9. Unpeeled Garlic: Rp33,143 per kg (up 3.29%)
10. Shallots: Rp32,857 per kg (up 4.38%)
11. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp27,857 per kg (up 0.88%)
12. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp20,143 per liter (up 3.56%)
