Latest Food Prices in Jambi: Prices of Rice, Oil, and Chicken Meat Drop

Prices of several food commodities in Jambi today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (20/9/2025) at 08:42 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 7 increased and 17 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include Minyakita cooking oil, premium rice, skipjack tuna, SPHP rice, and red shallots.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken meat, curly red chili, broiler chicken eggs, dried soybean seeds (imported), and packaged wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Premium rice saw the highest increase of Rp296 (1.9%) to Rp15,847 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of frozen buffalo meat (imported from abroad) dropped most sharply by Rp102,500 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
