Today's Food Prices (25/2) in Bali: Red Chili and Chicken Meat Prices Drop

Some food commodity prices in Bali today were observed to drop compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (February 25, 2026) at 1:56 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are large red chilies and bulk granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as Honan garlic, shallots, broiler chicken meat, curly red chilies, and red bird's eye chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chilies had the highest price increase of Rp371 (1.11%) to Rp33,877 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chilies had the deepest price drop of Rp1,172 (2.75%) to Rp41,519 per kg.

5. Large Red Chili: Rp33,877 per kg (up 1.11%)
6. Shallots: Rp32,889 per kg (down 0.56%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp32,037 per kg (down 1.25%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp28,493 per kg (unchanged)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,034 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,193 per liter (unchanged)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,096 per kg (up 0.33%)
