Food Prices in Aceh Sunday (19/10): Red Chili Price Rises, Chicken Meat Falls

The prices of several food items in Aceh today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (19/10/2025) at 15:04 WIB, out of 24 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases include premium rice, skipjack tuna, bulk wheat flour, dried soybean seeds (imported), and milkfish.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as shallots, packaged wheat flour, packaged cooking oil, fresh buffalo meat (local), and Minyakita decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chilies saw the highest surge of Rp2,500 (2.94%) to Rp87,500 per kg. Meanwhile, broiler chicken meat prices dropped the deepest by Rp774 (2.4%) to Rp31,466 per kg.
