Complete List of Indonesian Food Prices Today, How Much are Chilies? (Wednesday, March 20, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Indonesia today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (20/3/2024) at 14:31 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, simple packaged cooking oil, bulk cooking oil, garlic cloves, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), dry soybean (import), pure beef, red chili peppers, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase, jumping Rp360 (3.17%) to Rp11,700 per kg. Red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease, dropping Rp4,100 (7.16%) to Rp53,180 per kg.
