Bali Food Prices, Friday, May 10th: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (10/5/2024) at 14:46 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, farmer-level corn, broiler chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, skipjack tuna, medium rice, shallots, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp2,020 (18.55%) to Rp12,910 per kg. Skipjack tuna saw the lowest price decrease, falling Rp1,140 (4.53%) to Rp24,050 per kg.
