Food Prices Today, December 11 in Central Java: Eggs Up, Cayenne Pepper Down

Prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (11/12/2025) at 3:31 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 4 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are broiler eggs, red onions, Minyakita cooking oil, and Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as wheat flour, curly red chili, large red chili, and red cayenne pepper decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler eggs saw the highest jump of Rp167 (0.57%) to Rp29,426 per kg. Red cayenne pepper prices fell most sharply by Rp3,222 (4.01%) to Rp77,185 per kg.
