Latest Food Prices in Jambi Region: Chili Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down (Friday, February 23, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (23/2/2024) at 09.33 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, milkfish, red onions, simple packaged cooking oil, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, skipjack tuna, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,580 (5.66%) to Rp29,510 per kg. Skipjack tuna experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp1,890 (6.73%) to Rp26,180 per kg.
