Current Food Prices in Bali: Egg, Rice, and Onion Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (25/10/2024) at 13:18 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, red chilies, premium rice, shallots, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), chicken eggs, pure beef, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp400 (2.1%) to Rp19,420 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of mackerel experienced the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp2,290 (6.35%) to Rp33,800 per kg.
