Today's Food Prices (13/2) in East Java: Red Chili and Chicken Meat Prices Rise

Several food commodity prices in East Java today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (February 13, 2026) at 18:05 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 3 decreased in price.

The commodities that experienced price increases are curly red chili, large red chili, broiler chicken meat, shallots, and Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as red bird's eye chili, broiler chicken eggs, and loose granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Honan garlic prices jumped the highest by Rp300 (0.91%) to Rp33,100 per kg. Meanwhile, red bird's eye chili prices fell the most by Rp2,894 (3.36%) to Rp83,136 per kg.

2. Red Bird's Eye Chili: Rp83,136 per kg (down 3.36%)
3. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp39,561 per kg (up 0.23%)
4. Shallots: Rp36,288 per kg (up 0.06%)
5. Curly Red Chili: Rp34,262 per kg (up 0.28%)
6. Honan Garlic: Rp33,100 per kg (up 0.91%)
7. Large Red Chili: Rp29,955 per kg (up 0.41%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp29,409 per kg (down 0.16%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,614 per liter (unchanged)
10. Loose Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,570 per liter (unchanged)
11. Loose Granulated Sugar: Rp16,500 per kg (down 0.4%)
