According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP) at current prices reached Rp23.82 quadrillion in 2025.
This GDP figure reflects the value of all goods and services produced by various economic activities in Indonesia throughout that year.
If viewed by industry, Indonesia's GDP is primarily supported by the processing industry.
In 2025, the processing industry generated a GDP at current prices of Rp4.54 quadrillion, equivalent to 19% of the total national GDP.
Other sectors that contribute significantly to Indonesia's economy are wholesale and retail trade and vehicle repair; as well as the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors; with each contributing around 13%.
Together, these three sectors generated a GDP at current prices of Rp10.8 quadrillion, equivalent to 45% or nearly half of the total national GDP.
