Juda Agung has resigned from his position as Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI). This was announced by the Head of BI's Communications Department, Ramdan Denny Prakoso.
"We confirm that the Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia, Mr. Juda Agung, has submitted his resignation to the President of the Republic of Indonesia, effective January 13, 2026," said Ramdan, as reported by Katadata.co.id, Monday (January 19, 2026).
According to Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, the government has prepared three potential successors: Thomas Djiwandono, Dicky Kartikoyono, and Solikin Moenadjat Juhro.
Juda is reportedly set to swap positions with Thomas, who currently serves as Deputy Minister of Finance (Wamenkeu).
