The Ministry of Finance's Credit Program Information System (SIKP) reports that the realization of People's Business Credit (KUR) loan disbursements reached Rp138.63 trillion from the beginning of the year until July 4, 2025. The number of recipients or borrowers reached 3.17 million people.
This loan amount was disbursed through four schemes. The scheme with the largest realization was Micro KUR, amounting to Rp89.74 trillion with 2.12 million borrowers. This disbursement is equivalent to 45% of the total ceiling of Rp197.88 trillion.
Next, the Small KUR scheme amounted to Rp44.42 trillion with 180,750 borrowers. This value already covers 51% of the ceiling of Rp87.5 trillion.
Then there is the Ultra Micro (UMi) scheme, amounting to Rp4.42 trillion with 868,300 borrowers. Unlike other schemes, the UMi realization proportion has exceeded 295% of the total ceiling, which is only Rp1.5 trillion.
Finally, the TKI KUR scheme only reached Rp37.84 billion with 1,286 borrowers. The ceiling filled is only 19% of the total of Rp201 billion.
KUR is one of the government's programs to improve access to financing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) channeled through financial institutions with a guarantee scheme.

Micro KUR
- Disbursed by banks
- Maximum loan ceiling of Rp50 million per borrower
- Loan tenor between 3-5 years
- Effective interest rate of 6% per year
Small KUR
- Disbursed by banks
- Loan ceiling between Rp50 million-Rp500 million per borrower
- Loan tenor between 4-5 years
- Effective interest rate of 6% per year
- Collateral according to bank regulations
UMi Financing
- Disbursed by non-bank financial institutions (LKBB), one of which is PT Pegadaian (Persero)
- Intended for ultra-micro entrepreneurs
- Maximum loan ceiling of Rp10 million per borrower
- Loan tenor less than 1 year
- Loan interest rate between 2%-4%
TKI/PMI KUR
- Disbursed by banks
- Intended for prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI/PMI) who will work/intern abroad
- Maximum loan ceiling of Rp100 million or adjusted to the relevant ministry's policy
- Maximum loan tenor of 3 years or adjusted to the work contract period
- Loan interest rate of 6% per year.
