The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) reported that Indonesia's net tax revenue reached Rp116.2 trillion in January 2026.

Final income tax (PPh), PPh 22, and PPh 26

Growth: -11%

Individual income tax (OP) and PPh 21

Neto: Rp13.1 trillion
Growth -20.4%

Corporate income tax

Neto: Rp5.7 trillion
Growth: 37%

Other taxes

Neto: Rp16.1 trillion
Growth: 685.8%.

Suahasil noted that PPh OP and PPh 21 plummeted by 20.4% due to administrative issues, namely that they are still deposited in the form of a deposit worth Rp6.1 trillion.

"If these deposit funds are transferred to the regular account, then PPh OP and PPh 21 would grow by 16.5%," he noted.
