Aceh Region Food Prices Friday (April 18th): Chili Pepper Prices Rise, Chicken Prices Fall

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (18/4/2025) at 12:03 WIB, out of 24 commodities, 14 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour, red chilies, garlic bulbs, dry soybean (import), and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as Minyakita, table salt, SPHP rice, premium rice, and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp3,250 (6.13%) to Rp56,250 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of broiler chicken experienced the largest decrease, dropping Rp288 (0.96%) to Rp29,759 per kg.
