The price of fresh chicken in traditional markets in North Kalimantan Province has increased by 7.62% over the past month.

Latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets in North Kalimantan province is recorded at Rp48,250. This price is up Rp750 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp46,000.

Meanwhile, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets in North Kalimantan over the past three months has increased by 0.52% from the previously traded price of Rp48,000.

The record high for the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2020 with an increase of 27.96%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in July 2018 with a decrease of -22.92%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in North Kalimantan show one commodity decreased and five others increased. The commodity with a price decrease is Medium Quality II Rice.
