The daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets across West Java Province over the past month remains at Rp12,750.

Latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets in West Java Province is recorded at Rp12,800. This price is unchanged compared to the previous day, and similarly unchanged over the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets has decreased from Rp12,900.

Meanwhile, the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets in West Java over the last three months has increased by 0.39% from the previous record of Rp12,750.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets in this province was in April 2018, with an increase of 24.87%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in April 2018, with a decrease of -19.58%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in West Java show nine commodities decreased and 18 increased. The commodities with decreased prices are Chicken Meat, Fresh Chicken Meat, Beef, Grade 1 Beef, Grade 2 Beef, Chicken Eggs, Red Onion, Medium-sized Red Onion, and Garlic.
