The agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sector in North Musi Rawas Regency is the mainstay sector, contributing the largest share to the 2023 GRDP with a value of Rp4.22 trillion. This represents a 3.91% increase compared to the previous year's Rp3.9 trillion.
The mining and quarrying sector grew by 2.83% to Rp2.03 trillion, while the wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector, now in third place, grew by 9.41% to Rp745.06 billion.
Furthermore, the construction sector, with a GRDP of Rp476.02 billion, also contributed to the top five sectors.
