Latest Food Prices in Central Java, How Much is Red Chili?

Prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (17/9/2025) at 14:29 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 15 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases include Minyakita, mackerel, curly red chili, farmer-level corn, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour, milkfish, red onion, SPHP rice, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Curly red chili commodity jumped the highest by Rp1,899 (3.78%) to Rp52,088 per kg. The price of packaged wheat flour dropped the sharpest by Rp80 (0.68%) to Rp11,708 per kg.
