Latest Indonesian Regional Food Prices: What's the Price of Onions?

Prices of several food commodities in Indonesia today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (10/11/2024) at 14.10 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 15 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, curly red chilies, chicken eggs, farmer-level corn, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken meat, bulk wheat flour, garlic cloves, skipjack tuna, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices surged the highest, by Rp300 (0.76%) to Rp39,750 per kg. Skipjack tuna prices fell the most sharply, by Rp350 (1.14%) to Rp30,470 per kg.
