Lampung Region Food Prices, Tuesday (September 10th): What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (10/9/2024) at 14.13 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, milkfish, bulk cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged cooking oil, broiler chicken, mackerel, fine iodized salt, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp360 (1.7%) to Rp21,580 per kg. Curly red chilies experienced the steepest price drop of Rp1,670 (5.95%) to Rp26,380 per kg.
