Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Prices of Cooking Oil, Rice, and Onions Increase (Tuesday, January 23, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (23/1/2024) at 08.05 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, red chilies, curly red chilies, simple packaged cooking oil, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as granulated sugar, chicken eggs, chicken meat, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) prices surged the highest by Rp1,470 (12.22%) to Rp13,500 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of fine iodized salt decreased the most by Rp1,100 (9.91%) to Rp10,000 per kg.

2. Curly Red Chili: Rp59,000 per kg (up 9.91%)
3. Red Chili: Rp40,000 per kg (up 7.76%)
4. Garlic Cloves: Rp38,000 per kg (up 7.59%)
5. Mackerel: Rp36,000 per kg (down 5.06%)
6. Milkfish: Rp34,000 per kg (down 6.44%)
7. Chicken Meat: Rp33,000 per kg (down 0.03%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp32,000 per kg (down 4.08%)
9. Red Onion: Rp31,000 per kg (up 6.68%)
10. Chicken Eggs: Rp26,000 per kg (down 1.85%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,000 per kg (down 0.64%)
