Meanwhile, state expenditure consisted of spending by ministries/agencies (K/L) of Rp1,079.3 trillion, non-K/L spending of Rp1,195.2 trillion (including energy subsidies and compensation of Rp551.2 trillion), and transfers to regions of Rp816.2 trillion.
