Latest Food Prices in Banten Region: Eggs Up, Salt Down

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today were observed to rise compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (9/11/2025) at 13:20 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 13 increased and 8 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include premium rice, red cayenne pepper, broiler chicken meat, broiler chicken eggs, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour, consumption salt, packaged cooking oil, large red chili, and consumption sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken eggs saw the highest increase of Rp560 (1.92%) to Rp29,674 per kg. Meanwhile, consumption salt experienced the deepest drop of Rp250 (2.5%) to Rp9,750 per kg.
